Creating an appealing, water and space conscious bathroom to lure more AirBnB bookings
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Challenge
This bach's outdated and small bathroom configuration (which included a water indulgent bath) needed to be upgraded to appeal to AirBnB bookings and for the owners to enjoy as a holiday home.
Solution
Installing a large rectangle shower and relocating the position of the vanity to face the bathroom door created the wow factor opportunity, which was achieved by selecting latest release fixtures and fittings. The wallhung fluted Fjord green vanity with solid top and vessel basin is set off with gunmetal knurled handled tapware. LED light around the pill shaped mirror and under the vanity really helps brighten the space.
Struggling to know where to even start, I contacted Maire for help. Maire took in the style we already had in other areas of the house and got to work with ideas for us. Now we have beautiful serene areas to use and her changes have completed our Beach home for us to now relax and enjoy.
Maire made the whole process easy despite the curveballs that come with an old house (sorry Maire!) and she took care of the entire project from planning to product choices to managing the project through to completion.
Maire has a great eye for detail when it comes to décor and colours, making everything work and tie in well together beautifully.
